These flowers are real , a snapshot from Penn Station New York, But when they are sent as a 320x240 jpeg image to my love, they are artificial..Still nice though, sending the warmest feelings with flowers from thousands of miles way..

Something that you cannot find in the third world countries is the ancient high-tech..This fleet origined bank of america ATM is definitely a collector's item..The ATM shouts the glory of its hey days on a lost dusted restroom lane at hartford, connecticut bus terminal...And yes, it is still operational.. I personally verified that the greens can be ordered from the ascii green terminal..

Drive in burger restaurants were the icons of flintstones' america remake in my teen tv view...The idea of eating in the car seemed totally out of logic..it was not eating out, it was eating in .who would someone prefer a comfy table to a driving wheel.?.The answer is my fellow friends, integrated with the 'car kinda life' ...dual lane drive throughs, outside credit card swipes, order booths, does not sound imaginery..Atlanta is the place to live the feeling..I tried to get into the sonic ..when I figured that the only way I could give an order was the mike outside restaurant, I just laughed..no way in , only drive through or drive ins allwed...I sat on one of few tables outside...enjoyed the atlanta sun, while peekng at the mexican workforce running the american icon..

It looks like Indians are finally getting it back. All asphalt parking lot next to the tribe casino, and the shopping outlet.. Yes the hotel is under construction. The trbesmen are doing really good. I wonder if the pofits are shared even among the natives, or even if they are going to the natives.. Eitherway, in the land of democracy anyone can gamle as long as you can follow the indian heritage..

If you are familiar with asimov's foundation series you will have my living in "tarantor" feelings..yesterday I was in NY city..Big,trendy, but old...It is like the natural aging..the city and the culture is no more young...Mid ages maybe more..It was same in Mountain View,CA last week..

Perfect country, perfect weather, big and prosperous buildings..but nothing new..This must change..I had the same feeling in 1991 in Russia..end of the glory days...The current system was the best system to take US to no1 in the world....Now there is a need for a new one to keep it there..I believe all children here are left behind in the mall,despite W's efforts...They will not be able to compete with hungry overseas peers....

Dallas, July 2005...Everthing is boiling under 100+ sun..But there is an interesting situation..The dominant color is not the yellow dead grass of my summer..There is an immense war against the nature...While traveling between the endless business parks around DFW, it seems like US has a lead against nature for the time being..Of course the grasshopper in the picture is not complaining..
