Wherever I traveled, even in the deep country, I have seen small artificial lakes. Which is nice, water is the key ingridient of displaying good life quality. I do not know if it is encoded into our DNA but just think about it, every great citiy we love is next to a huge water reserve.. Great mansions are great with their water add-ons..
